Valley Grace will consider loaning our van or trailer on a case-by-case basis, if the vehicle or trailer is available for the dates desired. Final approval and any conditions for the borrowing of the van or trailer will be set by the Board of Overseers.

Valley Grace Responsibilities
1. We will make sure the van is clean and full of gas at the time of the loan.
2. We will make sure that any known mechanical problems have been addressed prior to the loaning of the van.
3. We will provide two sets of keys to the van being loaned.
4. We will make sure the trailer is empty and the tires are in good condition.
5. We will provide one key for each of the two locks (2 keys total) on the trailer.
