IRIS/UNAVCO Facilities Users Survey
As many of you are aware, IRIS and UNAVCO are in the process of merging to form the EarthScope Consortium, a new community-governed facility that will combine the best traditions of both organizations.

To ensure that we consider the interests of all our facility users, we are reaching out to ask your help with the survey below.  All questions are optional, and you can choose whether or not to remain anonymous.  If you only have 5 minutes to answer the first dozen (short) questions, even that will be of great value.
