We look forward to our annual Member and Family BBQ on Thursday, August 15th at the Mapleton City Park Pavillion. This event is for our members and their families. We will have games, drawing, and R&R BBQ will be catering. Come and enjoy an evening of good food and make new friends! Reserve your spot below.

There are great sponsorship opportunities for the BBQ. Learn more about the options below. The sooner you sign up the more advertising time and exposure. Don't wait.

We have raffle prizes, swag handouts, business spotlight sponsorship, and game sponsorship opportunities. Select one or several that you would like to be a part of.

BBQ SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

If you are sponsoring physical prizes we would like to have all items collected by August 11th or you can bring them to the event.

Sponsorship Options

$500 Event Sponsor (Event sponsors will be recognized on all advertising, social media, signage used and will be given 2 minutes at the beginning of the event to say a few words.)

$100 Table Sponsor (The sponsor will get a table to advertise on. Bring swag, information, pamphlets, etc. to highlight your business.)

$75 Drawing Sponsor (Option 1: We have 2 options for prize sponsors; with this one we collect the money and purchase prizes to bring.)

Drawing Sponsor (Option 2: You provide a prize for the drawing.)

Game Sponsor (Bring swag to hand out as prizes for the games.)

$1,000 Major Sponsor (Major sponsors will be recognized on all advertising, including the 2025 chamber magazine, social media, signage used and will be given 3 minutes at the beginning of the event to say a few words.)
