In line with all other Angling Spirit competitions, we now ask as a condition of entry that a shoreline cleanup is undertaken by all participants as we believe we all have a duty to play to make a difference for the planet and future generations.

As this initiative is in its introduction year for the Street Fishing event, participating is done on a voluntary basis.

We trust though that you will adhere to the ethos of leaving a cleaner planet for future generations and decide to take part in any of the three options as detailed on our website.

Option 1: Social Media Post - must be completed by the 29th of May to be eligible to win the Lowrance castable device

Option 2: onsite litter picking during the second day of the competition (Sunday the 4th of June) and a chance to win a guided day's fishing with Andreas

Option 3: to become a patron of a Spirit Of Angling seagrass operation by sponsoring a disadvantage child to plant in your name.

Please complete the form and let us know what you have decided as your first choice. You can always change your mind and opt to complete several options.

Quick reminders on how to complete the social media option * Chose a preferably a favourite waterway but any litter picking operation counts * Try to make it a friend and family event as we all should feel concerned. Let's make a difference together! * Take at least 5 pictures. You must be seen in at least one picture. Make sure you have consent from anyone accompanying you especially children. * Post all the 5 pictures or more along with Friends Metz + Spirit Of Angling logos and the following hashtags: #23WSFFriendsOFMetz #23WSFWorldStreeFishing * Post MUST be published as a public post on any of the following social media platform: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter. * Several posts can be hosted on the same social media account for as long as there is a unique post for each participant (using the same post as other competitors is not allowed unless it is being reposted and a unique link is being submitted). * If a participant does not have social media account or has any questions, they can contact media@anglingspirit.com for assistance
