Setup fee of 400kr plus mva (free to Inner Circle members). This covers all of the admin involved in creating your account, adding a logo/ image and helping with the general setup of your shop.

15% commission on sales. Stripe fees and postage fees are the responsibility of each individual seller.

The processing, packaging and customer service after the order is placed is the responsibility of each individual seller.

Handmade in Norway will promote products that are relevant to the current season/ theme via Instagram and Facebook.

When attending Handmade in Norway markets you can use this platform to facilitate sales. When attending markets arranged by other providers this is strictly prohibited.

All customer queries, and/ or complaints will be passed directly on to each individual seller unless it pertains to the functionality of the site, fees, or our own services.
