VPS Competitive Dance Audition Form

Audition Date & Venue:

Kindly complete this form to audition for a VPS Competitive Dance Team. Auditions are scheduled to take place in person on May 16th at VPS Studios. Additional details will be provided following the submission of this form.

We recommend new applicants enrol in our 4-week Dance Intensive Program on Thursdays 4-5:30pm (May 23rd, June 6th, June 13th, & June 20th): https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/performingstars

Thursday, May 16th - 114 E 4th Ave:

- Junior Dance Team | Ages 7-11, 4-4:45pm

- Competitive Musical Theatre Dance | Ages 7-18, 4:45-5:30pm

- Dance Team & Competitive Contemporary | Ages 10-18, 5:30-6:30pm

- VPS Hip Hop Crew | Ages 10-18, 6:45-7:45pm

Should team vacancies remain following the May 16th audition, we may announce an additional audition date.

Important Notice:

Please be advised that spots within the programs are limited, and regrettably, we will be unable to accept all audition candidates.

Applicants who are not selected during this year's audition process will be provided with a tailored program recommendation aimed at enhancing their skill sets in preparation for future opportunities.

Dedication & commitment to the program is essential for the success of both individual dancers and the collective team.

Dancers are expected to attend all classes, missing no more than two days of class throughout the year, and are required to submit a weekly practice sheet.
