This survey is completely anonymous, and the only mandatory question is telling us if you're a parent, under 22 years, or neither - all the other questions are optional!

The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Parents and young people will receive slightly different questions, which is why we ask if you are a parent.

Element will use these data to better inform our efforts during and after the Coronavirus (covid-19) pandemic.  We will also use the data to create a report that we will share online for free so that other organisations can be better prepared to meet the needs of the public.

Your input will be kept anonymous and you only need to provide an email if you would like to receive a copy of the report. We aim to make the raw data set available too.
