This sign-up form allows for one entry per person. If you are signing up multiple people, please complete one form per person.

When choosing stations, please select at least 2 options. We cannot guarantee you will get your first choice, but we will try to accommodate your favorites! Feel free to let us know what your first choice is in the comment section at the end.

We will be holding 10-15-minute informational meetings on Wednesday, September 25, for all volunteers to make a more efficient flow on the event day. Please let us know if you will attend the noon or 5:00 pm session. You will receive your volunteer button, admission bracelet, beverage tickets and two $5 food vouchers to redeem at vendors during Oktoberfest!. We appreciate you donating your time to make 2024 Oktoberfest the best yet! (Please email events@downtownironmountain.com if you are unable to attend one of the meetings, and we can discuss duties and answer any questions.)
