Carbon Hill Remote Meal Order Form, NOVEMBER & DECEMBER
Fueling bodies and minds is crucial regardless of where the learning occurs!   Walker County Schools Child Nutrition Program will be offering a meal pickup option on Wednesdays from 10:00-11:00 for students who have chosen the Remote-learning option.  Meals are free for all students, regardless of eligibility, through the end of this school year.  Pickup will be on TUESDAY 11-10-2020 from 12:30-1:30 instead of on Wednesday 11-11-2020.  
 
An order form must be filled out for EACH student wanting to pick up meals.  The form includes weekly meal pickup dates for an entire month.  Meal bags will be available by pre-order only.  Meals are free for all students, regardless of eligibility, through the end of this school year.  Please order by Friday at 4:00 PM for pick up on Wednesday.

*Meal bags for students who have chosen the Remote-learning option contain 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches.

Meals will be picked up at your child’s school from 10:00-11:00.  You do not have to get out of your vehicle.  The meals will be passed through the car window.  Cold foods must be kept below 41°F.  Foods that require reheating must be reheated to 165°F.
