Borrowing Chromebook - April
Dear Parent/Guardian, we are happy to support grade 11 and 12 students with their learning by offering an opportunity to borrow a chromebook.  Parents/guardians must complete this form in order to borrow a chromebook.  Chromebooks will be distributed on Monday April 19 between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm only.
