This request form is for businesses that wish to be included on the CR Pride Business Registry. The purpose of the registry is to create a published database of businesses in Linn County and the surrounding counties that identify as LGBTQ owned or LGBTQ welcoming. The goal of the registry is to identify businesses where LGBTQ individuals and allies can frequent and seek employment, secure in the knowledge that the business is a welcoming and affirming place for members of the LGBTQ community.
