The ESCA Outstanding Service Award is a prestigious recognition presented to an individual who has made measurable or generally recognizable contributions to the exhibition industry during the 12 months prior to the Awards Ceremony. This award acknowledges their outstanding achievements and impact on the industry.
Criteria for Nomination:
- Leadership: The nominee has represented the industry through issue advocacy, speaking engagements, or education, showcasing exceptional leadership qualities.
- Volunteerism: The nominee has made significant contributions to ESCA or the industry at large through volunteer activities, demonstrating a strong commitment to service.
- Innovation: The nominee has developed or designed a product, service, or procedure that has had a significant impact on the industry beyond the scope of their employer during the 12 months prior to the nominating period.
Eligibility:
- The nominee must be an employee of an ESCA member company in good standing.
- Self-nominations are not accepted; nominations must come from fellow ESCA members.
- The award can be presented to more than one deserving individual annually.
- Current members of the ESCA Board of Directors are eligible for nomination.
