Please review and accept the following terms:
1. Monthly Fee: $175.00 and a one time deposit of $30.00 for the garage remote payable to Eyepark Inc. Invoices sent on the first of each month.
2. Automatic Renewal: Lease renews monthly unless terminated with 30 days' notice.
3. Payment Obligation: Lessee responsible for monthly fee regardless of usage. No deductions for non-use.
4. Registration: Lessee provided with hangtag and garage remote. Notify of any registration plate changes.
5. Authorized Use: Space for registered vehicle parking only.
6. Late Payment: Failure to pay may result in lease termination or vehicle towed at owner's expense.
7. Liability: EyePark Inc. and building owner not liable for vehicle damage or belongings.
1. One vehicle per space.
2. Follow posted signs and attendant instructions.
3. Max speed limit: 10 km/h.
4. Illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed/towed at owner's expense.
5. Vehicle owners liable for damages caused by leaks/spillage.
6. Park at own risk; lock vehicle, no visible personal belongings.
7. Report accidents to parking manager immediately.
8. EyePark not responsible for losses, theft, vandalism, or other incidents.
9. Non-compliance may result in permit cancellation.
10. Rules subject to change; EyePark reserves right to modify.
RULES AND REGULATIONS ON EYEPARK HANGTAG.
a) Display hangtag on rearview mirror at Milton lot.
b) Hangtag number must be visible.
c) No transferring hangtags; update office with new vehicle info.
d) $15.00 loss fee applies.
e) Return hangtags/garage remote upon contract cancellation.
