UCI Esports - Recruitment Interest Form
This is the UCI Esports official Recruitment Interest Form for potential student athletes looking to join our scholarship teams in VALORANT, League of Legends, or Overwatch. For each scholarship team you are interested in, please submit one application.

Fill out this form to the best of your ability in accordance with the information being requested, answer following the format provided. This form will ask some basic information from you in contexts of your education and your in-game skills and accomplishments.
