What do we do?

TalentQL is a startup that helps innovative companies around the world, hire vetted tech talents across Africa. We are a Techstars Toronto ‘21 portfolio company and have been featured on TechCrunch and other tech media platforms across the continent.

Our Pipeline project is one that was birthed out of the rising scarcity of Senior Software Engineers in Africa. We looked at this problem and figured out that the way to tackle it was to empower Intermediate software engineers for a time period and mentor them into becoming Senior Engineers. This will not only boost their skills but give them a better chance when applying for global job opportunities.
