The 16th European Symposium for the Protection of the Night Sky will be held from March 14 to March 16 in the Fletcher Familiehotel Paterswolde , situated at 8 km from the city of Groningen.

EURODARK 2024 will be an in-person conference. There will be presentations and physical poster presentations.

The registration fee has been kept very low, and will be 150 euro for the conference. The registration fee includes the conference dinner on March 15.

sales@familiehotelpaterswolde.nl and mention EURODARK. Prices are 101.50 euro per room for single occupancy and 115 euro for double occupancy.

Deadline for early bird conference registration: Nov 30, 2023. People, who have not paid by that date will have to pay 150 euro for the conference. Payment can be done at https://santu.com/dow426. Here several payment methods are available.

On Friday afternoon the topic will be Light Pollution in the Netherlands. If you want to participate only in this session, the costs will be 50 euro + possibly 40 euro for the conference dinner.

There will be a star gazing excursion if the weather permits, and an excursion to the National Park Lauwersmeer and the Eise Eisinga Panetarium on Sunday March 17. This will cost a small fee, to be determined later, depending on the number of participants.
