The questions below allow us to make selections for scholarships according to YWCA Madison's Scholarship Policy and our Mission of Eliminating Racism and Empowering Women.

Please fill out the form below to be considered for a scholarship to attend YWCA Madison Racial Justice Summit on September 29th through October 1st.

PLEASE NOTE: The first round of selections for scholarships will be made at mid-August and we will communicate our decision at that time. If you have been approved, that is when we will provide you with the information you will need in order to register without having to process a payment.

The Summit Registration Deadline and the Deadline to submit requests for Scholarships is September 14th.
