2024 Balloon Festival Volunteer Sign-Up
The 2024 Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival is May 2-4, 2024 at OWA Parks & Resort!

Volunteer positions include Vendor Check-In, VIP Tent, VIP Bar, Island Bar, Field Bar, Merchandise & Information Booth, Tethered Rides, and the Meet & Greet Tent.

We ask that volunteers only work in one area per day. You may work multiple shifts in that area throughout the weekend. All volunteers receive a festival shirt!

Terms and Conditions:
· I will notify the Event staff no later than 48 hours in advance if I am unable to make my shift.
· I understand that I am responsible for my own transportation and time management.
· I will arrive 15 minutes prior to my shift.
· I will represent this event respectfully and in a professional manner.
· I will not smoke or consume alcohol during my volunteer shift.
· I will remain onsite at my designated volunteer area until the end of my shift.
