IMPORTANT

For NEXT WORKING DAY, delivery application must be completed before 16:30
(If later please call to check options as applications after this time WILL NOT be processed for collected next day automatically).

Food parcels will be delivered to the specified Collection Point for the applicant to collect the following working day (Monday to Friday) - restrictions as noted in Collection Point detail.

SAME DAY parcels for collection from Hub on the Hill Community Centre (Sutton Hill) must be ordered by
2 PM LATEST, and will be available to collect:

Monday to Friday between 2:30 and 3:00 pm that day from Sutton Hill

For further options and alternatives please contact us, between 9 am & 4.30 pm so we can assess how we can help.

SAME DAY parcels for collection from STAFFORD PARK are available ONLY for agencies and partner organisations, please order not later than 4.30pm to collect before 5.00pm.

Telford Crisis Support will do our utmost to meet any specific dietary requirements or hygiene needs but are unable to guarantee fulfilling any requests as we rely on donations of food and toiletries to continue to provide this service.

The information is treated as private and confidential and will only be shared with the specific organisations that form part of this request and with Telford Crisis Network members who adhere to the same strict principles regarding client confidentiality. A list of Crisis Network members can be provided on request. Please continue only if the Applicant has consented to use of the data in this way.
