2024 Vendor Registration

Hohenwald Springfest (HS), sponsored by Friends of the Lewis County Public Library (FOTL), is an extended one-day event this year from 9:00am to 9:00pm on Saturday, May 4th at Lewis County Memorial Park in Hohenwald, TN. This 12th annual event benefits our library's Summer Reading Program. In addition to our many talented vendors, we will have live music, storytelling events, kids activities, and delicious foods! This will be an outdoor event (weather pending) under and surrounding the large pavilion just inside the Smith Avenue park entrance. Complete this form to register as a vendor by April 20, 2024.

Booth spaces will be assigned in order of payment received with the first 20 spaces going to the paved pavilion, and the rest along the walkway beside the pavilion. Vendor set up time will be from 7am - 8:45am on the day of the event. Mark preferences below: *

One 10' x 10' booth space only ($35)

Double-sized 10' x 20' booth space ($55) - no shared vendors allowed

Food truck vendor space ($35 - regardless of size)

Kids Game vendor ($35 - regardless of size)

Please specify any requests that we may be able to accommodate regarding special set up time, electricity needs, handicap accessibility, etc.:

Vendor's Agreement: "I will operate my booth from 9am to at least 6pm on Saturday, May 4, 2024. I agree that neither FOTL, nor Lewis County shall be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage to any goods or personal property, or for injury to persons or property on the park premises. I understand that minimal security will be present for the event and that I am responsible for securing my exhibit. Any photos, permits, or documents submitted will not be returned. Photos/video taken during the event may be used for Springfest promotions in print and online. A refund of my application fee will only be available if the event is cancelled." *
