TGCF INSTRUCTOR DETAILS:
  • ISO yoga, strength, hiit, or mobility instructor (open to other styles of class as well!)
  • **TGCF values and promotes moving to FEEL good, gain strength, and build confidence. we do not cosign or promote weight loss/fat loss/diet culture ideology. all instructors are expected to coach accordingly!**
  • must have a passion for movement and be open to teaching and supporting all levels by creating and adding to our welcoming and encouraging studio vibe!
  • experience is not required but is definitely a plus!

CLASS DETAILS:
  • classes are small and capped at 6 people 
  • class duration is 45-60 mins
  • depending on class time, instructor may be in charge of locking up the studio (key and checklist will be provided!)

STUDIO DETAILS:
  • the TGCF 1000 sq ft private studio is located on the ground floor of the maltex building on pine street (free parking!) 
  • gym equipment includes: dumbbells, kettlebells, box jumps, treadmill, rower, squat rack, pull up bar, barbells, trap bar, plates, bosu balls, yoga balls, yoga mats, yoga blocks, resistance bands, slam balls, battle ropes, sliders, benches, and so. much. more
  • 2 private bathrooms and 1 shower on site
  • sonos speaker system and studio ipad available to all instructors to use during class for music, timer app, etc.
  • water cooler and sweat towels provided for all students

COMPENSATION & HIRING DETAILS:
  • upon hiring, instructor will be sent a w9 and independent contractor agreement to fill out and return.
  • payment will be weekly or monthly via venmo
  • compensation begins at $25 per class. negotiable based on experience and class size
  • instructor will complete a 1 month/4 class trial period before being offered a recurring class slot
