Todos os desenhos incluirão uma assinatura sutil que você não poderá remover.
Os preços estão sujeitos a alterações com base na demanda.
Tenho o direito de rejeitar qualquer pedido com o qual não me sinto confortável, por qualquer motivo.
2. PAGAMENTO
A moeda aceita é Real ou Dólar e pode ser paga através do PayPal, PicPay, PIX e por transferência bancária (o último apenas para brasileiros).
Todas as comissões devem ser pagas antecipadamente. Se alguma informação for adicionada posteriormente, envie-me APENAS o dinheiro extra para as informações adicionadas.
Não me envie os fundos antes de eu concordar em lhe dar uma vaga e solicite que você me envie o pagamento.
3. PROCESSO E ENTREGA
Vou notificá-lo quando eu começar a sua comissão e você, portanto, perderá os direitos a um reembolso (veja o ponto 7 mais abaixo para mais informações sobre reembolsos.).
Enquanto estiver trabalhando em sua comissão, farei comentários com você para garantir que eu faça a coisa certa para você! Durante as revisões, você verá o trabalho em andamento e essas imagens geralmente incluirão uma marca d'água e serão menores do que a peça acabada.
O tempo que leva para terminar sua comissão varia de 1 dia a 2 semanas ou mais, dependendo de fatores como saúde, complexidade da peça encomendada, outros trabalhos e fatores pessoais.
Se surgir alguma coisa que atrase o progresso do tempo de entrega inicialmente estimado, avisarei o quanto antes.
Quando a peça terminar, você receberá a imagem em resolução máxima. Observe que não há produto físico.
4. REVISÕES
Uma taxa será adicionada se você quiser algo alterado no desenho final - a menos, claro, que um mal-entendido do meu lado tenha sido feito.
5. POLÍTICA DE COPYRIGHT / USAGE
Eu, Ana Beatriz Vaz dos S. S. (Abba), reivindico os direitos sobre o desenho produzido, não o comprador. Portanto, tenho permissão para usar o trabalho artístico protegido por direitos autorais para me promover com ele em todos os lugares ou redes sociais, publicar livros com isso, exibi-lo em todos os lugares para o meu gosto e postá-lo onde eu quiser.
O comprador tem permissão para: usar a peça encomendada para uso pessoal, salvo acordo em contrário (sim, você pode enviá-lo para o seu DA, Instagram, tumblr, etc.), imprimir o trabalho artístico e reivindicar o(s) caractere(s) como seu(s) próprio(s), mas não o próprio trabalho artístico e usar o trabalho artístico para se promover. Você é obrigado a me dar crédito quando você postá-lo.
Use o trabalho artístico em seu canal do YouTube e em vídeos monetizados, desde que o trabalho artístico em si não seja o principal motivo dos ganhos e que eu seja creditada.
O seguinte é considerado violação de direitos autorais: Reproduzir/usar comercialmente a arte com direitos autorais - significa ganhar dinheiro com isso de qualquer forma, reivindicar a obra de arte como sua, remover minha assinatura da obra de arte e alterar a obra de arte sem meu consentimento.
Reproduzir/usar como obra em NFT ou em algum aplicativo ou operador A.I. - significa ganhar dinheiro com isso, reivindicar a obra de arte como sua e usá-la sem permissão nos bancos de dados presentes nos serviços de Inteligência Artificial sem meu consentimento.
Eu reservo todos os direitos sobre a imagem e seu uso/distribuição, salvo acordo em contrário (os direitos sobre a imagem para seu próprio uso não pessoal podem ser adquiridos).
6. SATISFAÇÃO DO CLIENTE
Eu farei tudo o que puder para fazer meus clientes felizes! Se você tiver algum problema em relação à peça encomendada, por favor, diga-me imediatamente para que possamos encontrar uma solução juntos.
7. POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO / CANCELAMENTO
O comprador não é permitido um reembolso uma vez que eu comecei a trabalhar na comissão.
Se por algum motivo eu não puder iniciar sua comissão, você receberá um reembolso total.
Se você cancelar seu pedido antes de eu iniciá-lo, você pode obter um reembolso total.
Se você estiver recebendo um reembolso, não solicite um estorno do Paypal. Vou transferir o dinheiro de volta para você mesmo.
Se você solicitar um estorno do Paypal a qualquer momento, quando não tiver permissão para solicitar um reembolso, perderá todos os direitos mencionados anteriormente para a parte comissionada e terei todo o direito de lucrar com isso de qualquer forma. Também recusarei o estorno e darei ao Paypal nossas conversas em que falamos sobre a comissão como prova de que eu concluí o trabalho para você. Além disso, você estará na lista negra para me encarregar de novo.

I have the right to reject any order that I am not comfortable with, for any reason.
2. PAYMENT
The accepted currency is Real or Dollar and can be paid through PayPal, PicPay, PIX and by bank transfer (only for Brazilians).
All commissions must be paid in advance. If any information is added later, send me ONLY the extra money for the added information.
Please do not send me the funds until I agree to give you a spot and request that you send me payment.
3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
I will notify you when I start your commission and you will therefore forfeit your rights to a refund (see point 7 below for more information on refunds.).
While I'm working on your commission, I'll be commenting with you to make sure I do the right thing for you! During revisions you will see works in progress and these images will often include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
The time it takes to complete your commission varies from 1 day to 2 weeks or more, depending on factors such as health, complexity of the piece ordered, other work and personal factors.
If anything comes up that delays the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know as soon as possible.
When the part is finished, you will receive the full resolution image. Please note that there is no physical product.
4. REVISIONS
A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final drawing - unless of course a misunderstanding on my side was made.
5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, Ana Beatriz Vaz dos S. S. (Abba), claim the rights to the design produced, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with it everywhere or on social media, publish books with it, display it everywhere to my liking, and post it wherever I want.
Buyer is allowed to: use the ordered piece for personal use unless otherwise agreed (yes, you can upload it to your DA, Instagram, tumblr, etc.), print the artwork and claim the character(s) (s) as your own(s), but not the artwork itself, and use the artwork to promote yourself. You are required to give me credit when you post it.
Use artwork on your YouTube channel and in monetized videos, as long as the artwork itself is not the main reason for earnings and you credit me.
The following is considered copyright infringement: Reproducing/commercially using the copyrighted artwork - means making money from it in any way, claiming the artwork as your own, removing my signature from the artwork, and altering the artwork without my consent.
Reproduce/use as work in NFT or in some application or A.I operator. - means making money from it, claiming the artwork as your own and using it without permission in the databases present in Artificial Intelligence services without my consent.
I reserve all rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be acquired).
6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do whatever I can to make my customers happy! If you have a problem with the art you ordered, please let me know right away so we can work out a solution together.
7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on commission.
If for some reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
If you are receiving a refund, please do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any time when you are not allowed to apply for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned party and I will have all rights to profit from this in any way. I will also decline the chargeback and give Paypal our conversations where we talked about the commission as proof that I completed the work for you. Besides, you'll be blacklisted to put me in charge again.
