Intent to Join Group Appeal
1. I/we wish to add our name to a legal challenge to the city’s fees and assessments for maintaining the arterial street next to our property.  I/we understand that our name(s) will be added to a formal appeal that must be filed before October 15, 2019.

2. I/we will be able to learn more over the next weeks as the group organizes and, if any of us do not like the final terms of any organizational or contingent fee agreement, it is understood that we can withdraw at any time before final resolution of the appeal and our name(s) will be promptly dropped from the appeal.  

3. While we want to know more before we make a final commitment, we understand that we will be asked to share proportionately in any out-of-pocket costs (up to a limit to be set depending on the size of the group).

4. We understand that, should we be successful, we will keep 2/3 of any refund or reduction caused by the challenge, and the remaining 1/3 will be retained as a legal fee.
