Thank you for your interest in Unleashed's 10th Annual Spring Fling Dog & Cat Fundraiser! Please fill out the following form and someone will be in touch with you. Filling out this application does not guarantee you a spot. Please allow about 48 hours to hear back from us.

Please read ALL of the details, whether this is your first time applying for Spring Fling or your 10th as we have some changes!

What: Unleashed's 10th Annual Spring Fling Dog & Cat Fundraiser

Where: NEW LOCATION 2023!! Koka Booth Amphitheatre, Cary, NC

Date: NEW Day of Week: Saturday, April 8th

Time: NEW times: 12-6pm

Vendor Fee for 2023: $150

Returning Vendor Discount: $25

Food Truck Fees: No set up fee from host, but per Koka Booth agreement, 25% of gross sales and tax will be paid to Koka Booth.

Fee for Power hookup: $25

All vendors are invited and encouraged to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt, loot bags, and raffle prizes. You may give merch, coupons, flyers, etc. to promote your business and support the cause. 100% of funds raised from these things goes to the local rescue groups at Spring Fling. Participants love these fundraisers and love supporting the businesses that support them.

T-Shirt Fundraiser Sponsorship: Would you like to sponsor our Spring Fling t-shirt and have your logo featured on the shirt? Sponsorships cover the cost of the shirts, so that 100% of the money collected from t-shirt sales goes to the rescue groups at Spring Fling! T-Shirt Sponsorship is $150 and spaces are limited.

I would like to offer prizes for the Easter Egg Hunt - this is a FREE and wonderful way to get your name out there. We stuff thousands of eggs with prize slips that can be redeemed at your Spring Fling booth or at a later time (your choice.) Participants love hunting for eggs and supporting the businesses that support it. The funds collected go to the rescue groups at Spring Fling. *

Event Starts at 12 noon. Vendors must be completely set-up and ready by 11:45 am.

Event ends at 6 pm. Vendors may not pack up early unless directed to do so by Unleashed Management.

This event is rain or shine. The show will go on and fees are non-refundable. Covered space is not guaranteed.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables/tents/chairs/etc. Host provides only the space.

Dog Trainers/boarders/etc. must use positive reinforcement and positive, non-aversive animal handling. We support harnesses, treat training, clicker training, etc. and do not support shock collars and other punitive training methods/tools.

Dog Products, whether for sale or for free handouts, must follow the strict requirements of the products in Unleashed's stores and be approved by Unleashed Management. For example, edible products must contain no wheat, corn, soy, byproducts, dyes, artificial ingredients, Chinese ingredients, or chemicals (this is not an exhaustive list.).

Animal care professionals should practice holistic and integrative care.

Other limitations on vendors may apply.

Koka Booth Amphitheater is a cashless venue and there are no ATM machines. Vendors may accept their choice of payment, but come prepared.

We accept full responsibility for all animals in our care.

We accept full responsibility for all or our volunteers and employees.

We will keep animals on a non-retractable max 6' leash, or in a crate, or in a pen throughout the entire event.

Host will provide a 10x10 space and we will provide our own tent/tent weights/tables/chairs/etc.

We will clean up after our animals (and people too) and leave no trace.
