Hello HAW K-5 families,
Our before and after school program (CREW) would like to start the process of enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year. Our goal is to accommodate all families who are in need of care, but this is dependent on staffing. MORNING CARE hours are 7:00 to 7:30 a.m. Drop off will be in the gym on Painted Rock Road. The monthly flat rate cost will be $20.00 per child per month. The CREW AFTER SCHOOL hours are Monday through Thursday from 3:30 to 6:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pick up is in the cafeteria. The monthly flat rate cost will be $225.00 per child. We offer a "Fridays Only" rate at $125.00 per child per month. Please use this form to submit your child’s information. IMPORTANT: Complete individual forms for each child you would like to enroll. Once you are accepted, the final registration contract will be available at Meet and Greet. Please note there are black out dates that the program is not available. A calendar of CREW dates will be available at the Meet and Greet and our Manager will be available to answer any questions.
