YSAC 2024 Members' Show February 9th, 2024 – March 10th, 2024

Overview of the Gallery Program:
The Yellow Springs Arts Council Gallery Program empowers member artists, performers and presenters to showcase local works throughout the year. The gallery provides space (real or virtual), publicity and consultation services to presenters. The program stimulates membership for the YSAC and supports artists of multiple disciplines and experience levels in Yellow Springs and beyond. While artists are encouraged to exhibit for professional gain—including visibility, networking, and sales—our presenting artists are fundamentally motivated by a desire to enhance the community’s creative spirit through their art. This YSAC Members' Show Application must be reviewed and signed before presenting with YSAC. Each artist may have one free entry. Each additional entry is $10.00 per entry. If there is space, an artist may have up three entries.

Art Sales:
Artists are invited to sell their work. YSAC is responsible for handling art sales. There is a 25% commission on sold art. The artist is responsible for paying all sales tax (or including it in the price of their piece). The YSAC will not deliver or ship art. The artist is responsible for delivering their art to the buyer. YSAC will supply Artists with the buyers contact info.

Artist Information and Documentation:
Volunteers or staff of the YSAC may share contact information of all exhibiting artists with interested parties unless a written request not to share contact information is provided to the YSAC prior to the opening of the show. All artwork and activities in person and virtually presented by YSAC may be used at any time by the YSAC for promotion of the organization.

The YSAC reserves to refuse any art for any reason. 

Members are asked to please bring an hor d’oeuvre to share at the Member’s Show opening reception on Friday, 9 February from 6:00pm – 9:00pm.

Drop off days will be: 
Sunday January 28th 12:00 - 2:00 
Tuesday January 30th 5:00 - 7:00 
Wednesday January 31st 4:00 - 8:00 
If you need to schedule a different drop off day/time please let us know.
