2020 HOSA State Leadership Conference: HOSA Expo Interest
Please fill out this survey regarding your interest to exhibit at the State Leadership Conference! The conference is at Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells from April 5-7, 2020. The Expo will occur on April 6th.

We ask organizations exhibiting pay a $25 registration fee OR contribute a donation of an item valued at $25 to be given away in a prize drawing. The fee or prize will go towards incentives for students that network at the HOSA Expo.

The Health Expo will be Monday, April 6th. You can set up your table anytime after 8:45am. The EXPO will run from 9:30-11:30am, break for a HOSA provided lunch, then resume from 12:30-3:00pm.
