📌IT: Escursione guidata tra terra e mare, con snorkeling nella bellissima baia di San Fruttuoso. Percorrendo alcuni dei più bei sentiero del Parco lungo il versante orientale e meridionale, tra coltivi, aromi della vegetazione tipica della macchia mediterranea e panorami mozzafiato, si raggiunge l'insenatura di San Fruttuoso.
Dal Parco terrestre alle acque cristalline dell'Area Marina Protetta!
L'accesso alla spiaggia di San Fruttuoso è contigentato, pertanto non è possibile sostare in spiaggia ma solo lasciare zaino e vestiti ed accedere al mare.
Al termine dell'attività di snorkeling guidato, previsto per le ore 13.30 sarà possibile fermarsi a San Fruttuoso per visitare la bellissima Abbazia (si consiglia di prenotare), mangiare in uno dei ristoranti (si consiglia di prenotare) o rientrare a Santa Margherita o recarsi a Camogli in battello (biglietto a carico dei partecipanti, acquistabile direttamente sul molo - non serve prenotazione).

Dislivello: circa 300 m in salita e in discesa
Difficoltà: medio/facile

Dotazione necessaria per l'escursione: abbigliamento sportivo, scarpe da escursionismo (suola antiscivolo), mascherina di comunità, borraccia, pranzo al sacco se lo si desidera.
Dotazione necessaria per lo snorkeling: maschera e boccaglio.

Iscrizione obbligatoria entro le 20.00 del giorno precedente.
Numero massimo di partecipanti 15 persone.

📌EN: Guided excursion between land and sea, with snorkeling in the beautiful bay of San Fruttuoso. Along some of the most beautiful paths of the Park on the eastern and southern slopes, among cultivated fields, aromas of the typical Mediterranean vegetation and breathtaking views, you reach the inlet of San Fruttuoso.
From the terrestrial park to the crystalline waters of the Marine Protected Area!
The access to the beach of San Fruttuoso is limited, therefore it is not possible to stop on the beach but only to leave your backpack and clothes and access the sea.
At the end of the guided snorkeling activity, scheduled for 1.30 pm, it will be possible to stop in San Fruttuoso to visit the beautiful Abbey (booking recommended), eating in one of the restaurants (booking recommended) or returning to Santa Margherita or going to Camogli by public ferry (ticket paid by the participants, can be purchased directly on the pier - no reservation required).

Appointment with the guide in Santa Margherita behind the IP petrol station in front of the port, in front of the Park information panel, at 9.00 am.
Itinerary: anta Margherita - Nozarego - Gave - Mulino del Gassetta - Prato - Base O - San Fruttuoso (guided snorkeling).
Gain in altitude: about 300 m uphill and downhill
Difficulty: medium / easy

Equipment needed for the excursion: sportswear, hiking shoes (non-slip sole), community mask, water bottle, packed lunch if desired.
Equipment needed for snorkeling: mask and snorkel.

Compulsory registration within 08.00 pm of the day before.
