Each graduate will be allowed SIX guests to be in attendance for the Ceremony on Friday, May 21st. We will need a contact phone number for each guest attending. Deadline for submitting your guest list will be Thursday, May 20th at 3:00 PM so that PHS Staff has time to review and eliminate any duplicate requests and/or requests for more than the allotted number of attendees. ONLY ONE SUBMISSION PER GRADUATE WILL BE ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS!! If you do not have a Google account to fill out this form, every graduate DOES so PLEASE make sure that your child fills this out! Reminder that the Ceremony begins at 7:00 PM, please allow extra time for Check-in at the Front Door. The Front Door is the ONLY door that will be open.
