Complete this form to request to-go meals for when school is not in session on Fridays (1/21, 1/28 and 2/4).  You can pick up the meals at Lincoln High School on Wednesday between 4:30 and 5:30 pm at door #3.  Each student is eligible for one meal package consisting of a breakfast and a lunch.
