This event is not only open to Hashers from SH3 but to any Hasher from any Hash!
INTRODUCE a NEW PERSON to HASHING 'for your own hash' - and BOTH OF YOU get a FREE BBQ LUNCH!
SH3 Hashers need to register, with or without a guest, to get a discount voucher. Couples and families can register up to 3 guests (partners or kids etc.): total of 4 discounts per registration... it helps with the numbers for catering!

FREE BBQ RULES:
1. To get a Free BBQ lunch please do the following:
2. REGISTER BELOW with YOUR NAME and YOUR NEWBIE GUEST NAME.
3. The adjudicators will check the details are valid, confirm to the email entered, and give you both "FREE BBQ lunch" vouchers on the day. Newbie must be with you to receive vouchers.
4. SO.... if you bring a hash newbie (must be a newbie) then both your BBQ lunch and that of your guest is FREE!
DISCOUNT BBQ RULES:
5. If you sign up with no guest, or with another hasher, then the BBQ lunch charge is a discounted £7.50 per person for which you pay the pub direct.
6. The adjudicators will check the details are valid, confirm to the email entered, and give you discount voucher(s) on the day.
FINALLY: Cut-off date for registrations is Monday 26th August. NOW CLOSED.
AND... the adjudicators' decision is final.
