Educational Partnership - Initial Intake 
In order to ensure that UCSB PaCE can offer your organization the appropriate support, please complete the initial intake questionnaire.  Upon receiving a completed form, our program manager will respond within 72 hours.  

About the partnership: If your organization is interested in offering continuing education units (CEUs), professional development trainings (PDUs), academic units, and/or in-service training to your employees to  UCSB PaCE can help.  We will host the course/training/seminar/workshop/program so that registered individuals can receive official credit through an accredited higher education institution (i.e., UCSB). 

Why should our organization provide this to our employees? Research suggests that when organization invest in the continued education of their employees, it will lead to internal promotion, staff development and success of organizational plans. In return, it will help organizations  improve their overall productivity and employee retention through providing career development and job satisfaction.
