Generations of Excellence Fundraising Gala Award Recipient Nomination Form
Southern University Laboratory School is seeking nominations for our annual Generations of Excellence Fundraising Gala! The gala is a fundraiser celebrating Southern University Laboratory School’s history and future endeavors while recognizing the Superheroes of The Lab School Family.

Our alumni and community partners are the Superheroes who have provided in-kind donations, hours of volunteerism and/or financial commitments to The Lab School and we want to recognize their accomplishments and contributions.

All are encouraged to nominate. Nominations must be submitted by August 31, 2019.  Please submit as much information as possible through the nomination form. Forward any available supporting information, including news clippings and photographs to Morgan Hilliard, Director of Development and Recruitment , at morgan_hilliard@subr.edu.
