Our state KY-ACDA Summer Professional Development Conference (for choir directors from all over the state and region) occurs on the following Monday, 7/15/24 in Bowling Green. We are offering Conservatory Participants FREE Admission to this Conference should they want to participate. Sessions at this conference include: reading sessions (sight-read choral music with your colleagues), conducting masterclass (watch as the clinician works with veteran teachers and college students on their conducting), seminars/sessions led by Dr. Kristina Caswell MacMullen, Director of Choral Activities at Baylor University. Are you interested in sticking around to attend that Conference?

In the event of a waiting list, applications will be made available when space in rehearsal rooms/workshops open. Before hitting SUBMIT, make sure all of the information in the application is accurate, including emails and phone numbers. If there is any additional information the KYACDA Leadership Team should know, not included in this application, please include it below. KYACDA Conservatory Costs are estimated to be $75, including all materials, food, excursions, presentations, voice lessons, etc. Upon acceptance, complete with teacher recommendation(s), detailed payment information will be emailed.  

Payments MUST be received by July 1, 2024.

*Payment is expected July 1,2024, INCLUDING Purchase Orders from schools/booster organizations.

NOTE: This registration form can be used as an invoice for bookkeeper purposes. However, if a formal invoice is necessary, please email talorbyrd07@gmail.com to request one prior to the event, to ensure processing within 90-days.

**** Overnight Accommodation/Cost Information will be shared once student(s) has been accepted, and will be at a location adjacent to campus so student(s) may park and walk to WKU Music Facilities. Conservatory students will be receiving the university housing rate at around $100/night.
