HSI- Katy Student Chromebook Request FORM
Dear Parents and Guardians:

With excitement and anticipation, Harmony School of Innovation- Katy will assign  1:1 Chromebook for all 6th - 12th grade students during  the 2021 - 2022 school year.   Every student will be assigned a device for use during the school year and will be allowed to take it home each night. The purpose of this assignment is to have access to the technology tools to fully engage students academically and socially during pandemic and create an effective learning environment that fosters critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity.

To request  the chromebook for your child, please fill out the 2021-22 Student Chromebook Request and Agreement FORM which includes required information (section 1) and the agreement (section 2) by Wednesday, August 18th, 2021. If your child needs a hotspot as well, please make sure that you put the request in the survey as well. The limit for hotspot checkout is one device per Harmony family.  

We will have hard copies of agreement forms available during meet the teacher day on Thursday, Aug 12th, 2021as well. You are welcome to fill out and return to the assigned tables in the gym/cafeteria/front lobby.

The devices will be distributed within the first week of school after all required documents are signed.
