MEAL INFO
During the course, our intention is to work with your daily nutritional patterns. Meals are prepared from mostly locally-grown and organic foods. Please assist us with our meal planning by describing your type of diet.
Special Dietary Consideration
LODGING INFO
Options include camping onsite (included in tuition), booking your own campsite at a public lakeside campground or booking your own motel or Airbnb in the vicinity of Cottage Grove (the town is 10 miles away).

More information will be available on the Questionnaire that will be sent with the Course Packet.
