Submission of this form DOES NOT GUARANTEE that the story you request will be taken down. It simply means the Tribune staff will consider your request and we will let you know WITHIN 1-3 WEEKS whether or not your request has been granted.

During those few weeks, we will review the story and discuss if your reasons for takedown are valid. If your reasons are not valid, your request will be denied and your story will remain up on our website. PLEASE BE 100% HONEST WHEN FILLING OUT THIS FORM. For example, don't say the story is slanderous just because you don't like it. Doing this will not increase your chances of request approval because the Tribune staff will be reading the story and making our own verdict. Your reasoning will simply supplement our thoughts.

If you want multiple stories taken down, please fill out separate forms for each story. In other words, ONE FORM SUBMISSION PER STORY TAKEDOWN REQUEST.
