Link Crew is a Year Long Commitment. This means you must attend all activities and events. By checking the box in each of the sections below you are committing to these functions. This is a contract; do not take it lightly.

I will attend and arrive on time and not leave early to the following activities and all other events during the year

I will be at May Development Day: Thursday, May 14th - 3:00pm – 5:30pm

I will attend both days of Link Leader Training: THIS IS DURING SUMMER TIME BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS! Thursday, August 6th & Friday, August 7th 9am – 3pm

I will be at Freshmen Orientation @ 7am, Tuesday, August 11th 7am – 1pm

I will attend all Monthly Social Follow Ups (TBD) 1st event is 1st Home Football Game August 28th

I will attend all 1st Monday monthly Link Crew Leader meetings, especially our 1st monthly Link Crew meeting- Lunch, Friday August 14th IN ROOM 312

Lunch with your Crew Monday August 17th in Gym (leave B6 10 min. early)

I talked with my parents about above dates and WE put them in our planners

I am turning in this application before April 3rd
