RomantiConn 2025 Author Interest Form
Welcome to the 6th annual RomantiConn: A Romance Author Signing Event brought to you by Kitty Berry Books, LLC.
*Authors, please only complete once. A good way to remember which events you've applied to and the information for each is to create a file, list the event and the date you applied, copy and paste the info from the interest form, then save the file. Look back at that file before you complete an interest form to be sure you have not already done so.*

This event will be held on Friday, July 25th and Saturday, July 26, 2025 at The Trumbull Marriott located about an hour from NYC. Metro North Railroad and the Long Island ferry are only a hop, skip, and a jump away. New York or Connecticut airports are also easily accessible. It's an easy two-hour drive from the Boston area with easily accessible major highways, and even closer to NYC. 

RomantiConn promotes a comfortable event for authors–both new and experienced–to share their love of books with readers. We also want readers to form lasting relationships with the authors and each other.

By filling out this form, you are requesting to sign at the 2025 event. Completion of this form does not guarantee you a table. If a table is granted, you will be sent a contract to sign and return. Once the contract is signed and returned, you will be invoiced for $100 plus fees for the non-refundable deposit to hold your table. Payment in full will be due on or before 3/25/25. 

Fees & Pricing are as follows:

2025 Friday Signing Author Tables: $225 (If selected to be a panelist on Friday, July 25th, you will be sent an additional contract. This contract will include your participation on a panel as well as an author/reader lunch, and a Saturday signing table. There will be an additional fee of $125 plus fees.)

2025 Saturday Signing Author Tables: $275 (If selected to be a panelist on Friday, July 25th, you will be sent an additional contract. This contract will include your participation on a panel as well as an author/reader lunch, and a Friday Mini-Signing table. There will be an additional fee of $75 plus fees.)

Floorspace with approximately 1-2 feet between tables.

6’-8’ table with white linens to the floor and 2 chairs per table. Upon request, additional chairs will be considered for a $10 fee.

Free Wi-Fi.

1 Assistant at the table with the author is free of charge.

Anticipated Schedule of Events for Friday, July 25th
9am-4pm Multiple one-hour panels for readers with a two-hour lunch built in for the panelist authors and VIP ticket holders.
4-7pm Author Signing Event.

11am-4pm Author Signing Event

Refund Policy/Terms & Conditions:

*Any and all processing fees are the responsibility of the author when making payments to Kitty Berry Books, LLC.*

A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be due upon invitation to sign at RomantiConn 2025. That fee is required to hold your table and will need to be received before your name will be released on social media.

Payment in full will be due on or before 3/25/25. If for any reason the author cancels, there will be no refunds or credits given and all payments are forfeited. However, where funds are non-refundable, they are transferable. Kitty Berry Books, LLC. will make every attempt to help an author find a replacement. The RomantiConn waiting list will be utilized first. Any and all replacement authors MUST be approved by Kitty Berry Books, LLC. Kitty Berry Books, LLC. must be informed of and approve any and all changes.

If RomantiConn is cancelled for any reason, the deposit will either be refunded or applied to a future event at the sole discretion of Kitty Berry Books, LLC. If the event is rescheduled or postponed, each author will have the option to attend on the new date or attempt to sell their table.
