I would like to serve as an officer for the 20-21 school year in the capacity of:
President - serve as leader and key contact for PTO, preside over all meetings
Vice President - support and partner with President, preside meetings and duties in absence of the President.
Secretary - attend and keep minutes at all meetings, help recruit committee chairpersons
Treasurer - responsible for and have custody of all funds, attend meetings and prepare financial reports to share, prepare books for annual audit
Parliamentarian - assure that meetings and processes are conducted in accordance to by-laws
Member at large - supports and helps the executive board in planning events and programs throughout the year, serve as a lead chairperson for one of our many events throughout the year
Volunteer Coordinator - organize volunteers for PTO and school events, communicate with staff and volunteers about dates, needs and expectations
Social Media/Website updates and Facebook Account - oversees online PTO Facebook account and website, creates posts and updates in communication with staff and officers.
