The Speech and Language Therapy Center, LLC is currently an in-network provider for Medicaid, PeachState, Amerigroup and CareSource. If your current insurance provider is Medicaid, PeachState, Amerigroup or CareSource, benefits will cover 100% of the payment for the evaluation and therapy. With your signed permission,The Speech and Language Therapy Center, LLC will bill Medicaid or your Medicaid CMO for evaluations and therapy.

We also accept private/out-of-pocket payment. The parent or guardian is responsible for complete payment of services at the conclusion of each session. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to file all non-Medicaid/non-CMO insurance claims if you so choose. If requested,The Speech and Language Therapy Center, LLC will provide clients with a detailed invoice for services rendered that can be submitted for insurance claims by the parent and/or guardian. The Speech and Language Therapy Center, LLC will provide additional information on services rendered upon request should your insurance carrier request more information beyond the invoice. Please note that it is the responsibility of the parent and/or guardian to contact their insurance carrier to determine the required documentation for filing insurance claims, and that the parent must pay all service fees to The Speech and Language Therapy Center, LLC at the time services are rendered.

Patients will be billed at the time of services rendered. Payment is due at the conclusion of the therapy session. Failure to make any payment will result in your child’s services being put on hold until payments are received and your account is paid in full. If you pay by check and that check bounces, you will be charged a $25.00 fee.
Parents and/or guardians must also notify The Speech and Language Therapy Center, LLC if your child’s physician and/or insurance coverage change.
