We are asking our family, friends, acquaintances and community businesses to help by donating auction items. Items may be a gift certificate or physical item, tickets to local sporting event, vacation getaways and gift cards. Every individual, business or organization that donates items will be acknowledged online and via social media. What a great way to help and promote your business or organization!

The money raised from our Parent Prom will support various programs mentioned above and provide new books, teacher supplies, technology programs and more throughout the year—all support our students’ education. 

TCWES PTO qualifies as a tax-exempt organization, our EIN: 80-0726978. We will provide you with an acknowledgement of your donation. Your contribution will also be gratefully acknowledged in our PTO Newsletter and on signs posted at the event. If you have any questions please contact the PTO at tclaywoodpto@gmail.com. 

Donations should be sent via mail, dropped to the school or send by email (ie: e-gift) no later than Friday, January 20, 2023. Please let us know if you’d like for someone to come pick up your donation. Donation address is as follows:
