I agree to abide by the rules of the competition and accept that any decision of the Race Jury is final. All ESSKIA member schools must have a Child Safeguarding Policy. Each school group attending the races must nominate a Manager, ideally a member of the school staff. If teams are in the sole charge of a nominated Parent Manager, the Head must sign a declaration that the school has complied with normal safeguarding and checking procedures. If all parents are attending then they will be responsible for the safeguarding of their own children. I understand that a Team Manager, who will be present at the race, must be nominated, and that different Race Officials MUST be nominated for each team taking part. The Team Manager may also act as a Race Official for one team. Pupils taking part in ESSKIA races do so at their own risk. *
