As part of our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, we would like you to tell us about your identity and learning needs so we can support you to learn and grow whilst with us. Some of the questions will help us determine your eligibility to enrol in our free courses, while others will help us monitor that we are engaging certain target groups whom our funders support to help engage in free education courses.

At Hackney Fine Arts we are committed to educate learners from a range of needs, abilities, backgrounds, and identities. People learn and enrich their abilities to think critically and creatively when all learners' abilities and attributes are embraced and people are enabled to have conversations across difference. Inclusive education values diversity and the unique contributions each student brings to the art studio. The results from this form will help us improve our strategy and provision for all of our students to be valued and included.

The details may be used to put in place learning support if you need it. The information that makes it possible to identify you personally will then be deleted. Monitoring information will be kept anonymously so that we can see if we are meeting our aims for Inclusion and diversity at Hackney Fine Arts.

We are committed to working with you and will do all we can with resources currently available. The information we are collecting is for our sole use and might help inform our applications to secure funds to provide you will free courses. We will not share your information with anyone else.
