Position Description:
We're expanding at our Tennessee location & we're expanding the team ahead of these additional units. Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a polished hotel manager to run our luxury nature retreat in the Chattanooga, TN area. This is a rare opportunity for someone who has experience in luxury hospitality, an affinity for the great outdoors, and an innate desire to create 5-star experiences for each of our guests.

This job requires strong ability in sales (rebookings), customer service and being the luxury standard bearer. Strong leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end is necessary. The job centers around caring for guests, maintaining and raising the bar of excellence, and the ability to generate revenue through on-site rebookings and upsells. A high level of expertise is expected and the ability to spot and correct errors are important. You are responsible for creating a red carpet environment from arrival to departure.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong sales experience (rebookings and upsells)

  • Self-motivated, well organized, able to motivate others, results-driven leader with exceptional ability to meet and exceed deadlines and goals.

  • Property Staff Management (including performance coaching)

  • Must possess advanced computer skills (including Google Suite, Asana, Slack)

  • Ability to provide Concierge Service (on-site and off-site amenities)

 Role Competencies:

  • You will ensure that all aspects of the nature retreat run smoothly.
  • Exercise a savvy financial approach with a focus on revenue generation, cost containment, productivity improvement, forecasting accuracy, and cash flow management.

  • Directly communicates with the guests from booking through checkout to provide a top-tier customer service experience & consistent 5-star guest satisfaction.

  • Provides concierge services to guests

  • Responsible for repeat bookings and upsells

  • Refining, creating, and managing systems to optimize efficiency and profitability for this location.

  • Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

  • Collaborative Partnering with the Back of House Manager on operational success
