Events at the Pines is an open air shelter house that is available for rent and includes:

Weekend or Holiday Private Event Pricing:
Half Day: $225 
Full Day $375
Rental fee for Weddings $600 - Full Day Weekend or Holiday plus planning consultations
Weekday Pricing: 
Half Day $175
Full Day $325

Security Deposits are required and in addition to rental pricing *(pricing subject to change)*

Upon completion of this form, within 3-5 days during normal business hours (Monday -  Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm) you will be sent an invoice with pricing and a request for payment to secure your booking and a final confirmation once deposit payment is received.

By checking these following boxes you are acknowledging that you have thoroughly read, understand and that you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. 
The completion of this form does not guarantee that your rental reservation has been confirmed. If the date and time is available, you will need to pay the required deposit fee in order to get a final rental confirmation.

Puttmasters at The Pines Mini Golf is not part of your rental fee. Event guests are not allowed to roam freely onto the golf course. If the Mini Golf is open during the time of your event, you will have an option for a discounted group rate at $7 per player. *

Puttmasters at The Pines (Events) and Indemnification

Puttmasters at The Pines (Events) shall not be liable for any claim, loss, injury, damage or expense, either with respect to person or property, sustained by you, or by any of your employees, agents, invitees and guests due to your use of the facilities, or arising out of the use, operation or condition of any equipment, machines or appliances used in the facilities, or arising from any acts of negligence or the negligence of any employees, agents, invitees or guests of yours. It is agreed and understood that you hereby expressly release and discharge Puttmasters at The Pines (Events) and it's owners, officers, employees and agents from any and all demands, claims and actions arising out of any such causes.

Puttmasters at The Pines (Events) is unable to assume responsibility for damage or loss of any items or articles left on the premises before, during or after your event.

Puttmasters at The Pines (Events) personnel and representatives have the authority to contact law enforcement, if necessary, to protect Puttmasters at The Pines (Events) and personnel.

Puttmasters at The Pines (Events) will not be held liable for injuries or property damage/loss during this event, including, but not limited to: death, personal injury, property damage, and any other incidents that may occur to any person(s) by use of the building and premises during the term of agreement.

The term of the agreement begins when the first guest/renter arrives on the property and concludes when the last person leaves the property.

By law no one under the age of 21 years may consume or taste alcoholic beverages The party renting this facility shall ensure that no underage drinking is allowed. The management will work closely with the caterers and renter in insuring this. And the management has the right to ask the party to leave if minor is consuming or an adult who is providing the alcohol to a minor. *

Puttmasters at The Pines (Events) reserves the right to change the conditions of, or cancel, this agreement up to 60 days prior to rental. All deposits and payments will be returned to you in the event Puttmasters at The Pines (Events) cancels the event. *

We DO NOT ALLOW: Smoking, pets, fireworks, candles, dance wax, confetti or glitter products. Also NO DRIVING ON THE GRASS. No grills or open fires inside the building area. No staples or nails to attach items to the tables or any part of the building.

Alcohol Policy: If you will be serving alcohol at your event you will 1) Need written consent from us 2) Need a separate certificate of liability insurance at your cost 3) Need to hire a sheriff to be present at your own expense and/or hire a licensed and insured caterer or mobile bartender to serve it for you - NO DRUNKEN OR DISORDERLY CONDUCT. If the sheriff has to be called to action for any reason you will be asked to leave with no refund of deposit.

Renters are responsible for leaving the property clean and orderly. All garbage must be placed in the provided garbage cans and spills must be promptly wiped up.

We reserve the right to withhold the deposit for cleaning and or damages. You may be charged more if the costs exceed the security deposit amount.
