*Understanding that FaithWorks is a faith-based organization and the information presented in club time reflects these principles
*Permission to use your photograph and/or video material for promotional purposes
*Any activity outside tutoring time is not under FaithWorks jurisdiction. We recommend always being
accompanied by another adult and having advance parental permission for your outing in writing.
*Permission to contact my references and check my background

All volunteers must agree to an OSBI background check as required by law for adults
working with minors ($15).
Volunteers are never alone with children involved in FWIC programs or events
