Glenn B. Hudson returned to Ohio from World War II and became a golf course superintendent, golf professional, and invaluable resource to fellow industry professionals. In the mid 1980's, a scholarship fund was created by Central Ohio GCSA members to honor his legacy and it has become the state's premier turfgrass scholarship, awarding thousands of dollars in financial aid to future leaders of the superintendent community.
