HBCU Free License Form 
Atlassian's HBCU licenses and subscriptions are designed to give administrators at Historically Black Colleges and Universities free access to standard and premium versions of our products. When completed and submitted, the information on this form will be vetted and an Atlassian advocate will reach out to convert your free license type.
