We pair schools with 50 or less students together to share one field trip date. If you know you will need a pairing but do not yet have an established partner school, please do not choose a date but instead provide visit details in the last question on this form that will help us find a partnering school.

If you have made pre-arrangements to share a day with another school and have an agreed upon visit date, please list that school name and their primary contact person in the "Other" field and select your date below. Confirmations will be sent to both schools and JA staff will follow up with the other school to gather their registration data.

Select your FIRST CHOICE for a date and use the next question below to indicate TWO backup dates in the event your first choice is not available. If you need more than one date, please fill out a second form to reserve your second date.
